How many calories should i burn a day ? COUNT IT!

Many people can`t lose excess weight because of one main reason: they can`t set concrete goals to achieve. Instead of choosing a quantifiable and exact plan on how many calories should i burn a day, goal, and deadline, they satisfied with obscure target just such as, “I want to lose weight.” There is no chance to succeed. To become successful in any situation, including weight loss, people must set concrete goals, make and stick to a plan that will keep them moving forward towards the target and define the stepping stones that will mark the path.

If you really want get rid of fat, set a goal, the one that is quantifiable, or can be represented with impartial numbers. Let’s say that the goal is 10 pounds per month. To know how many calories should i burn a day count it – in one month there are 4 weeks, so every week you will need to lose around 2.5 pounds. At 7 days per week, you’ll need to lose about one third of a pound every day. If each pound of fat contains about 3000 calories, this means you must burn about 1250 calories a day through exercise and diet.

3. Once you have found your calorie target, plan out your healthy food choices. A small instruction: first one, don’t starve. If you continuously deprive your body, it will go into ‘starvation mode’, that will lower your metabolism and kill your fat burning ‘machine’. Instead of that, you need to make sure your body is well supplied all day long with water and food. Instead of 2-3 big meals, eat 4-5 small meals in a day. This will help to battle your hunge. Next one, you need to make sure to eat a wide variety of foods, especially on healthy fats, fruits, lean proteins, whole grain carbohydrates and vegetables. Drink more water each day, and avoid empty calorie drinks like coke and ice tea. If you make the right choices, 1,750 calories should be enough of food to keep you happy each day, but you may still need to get used to real portion sizes and wean yourself off the excessive portion sizes that are seen as ‘normal’ today.

4. Once your nutrition plan is done, create your each day workout regime. You will want to mix in strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Shoot for about 5 cardio workouts each week, 3 or 4 strength training workouts. Each one of workouts will give you specific benefits. Cardio will improve your lung and heart health while also burning calories. Strength training also will burn calories, but it will also build muscles, increasing the number of calories you burn simply by existing. Flexibility will help you recover quicker after the workouts and reduce chances to get injured.

There are many exercises that can help you in your battle with excess fat. You can find a bunch of exercises and every of them help you in different ways. But what are the best exercises to lose unwanted fat and how many calories should I burn a day?

Here are some good exercises I`ve used to deal with my fat

2. Swimming

Swimming is one of the effective ways to burn fat. Swimming in average sized pool for just one hour can burn around 800 calories! It also gives me some time to plan my whole day, and also some peaceful time and that what we all want, right? I also tend to give myself a treat by spending some time in the Jacuzzi afterwards – it’s very self-motivating for me! Swimming is ideal way to burn fat. By moving beneath the water and doing water exercises you can effectively burn fat. I like to swim 25 minutes or more.

3. Cycling

Whether you decide to cycle out in the fresh air (which I prefer) or inside on an exercise bike cycling has to be one of the best ways to burn out your excess fat! It’s easy to do and if you’re exercising inside the building then you can watch your favourite movie or TV show while you are doing your workout. I better prefer cycling outside to enjoy the fresh air and being able to enjoy the view! …

4. Squash/Racquet ball

This is another cool exercise because it is almost like circuit training in that it involves lot of stop/start running so your body has to work very intensive. You’ll be able to get in shape as well as giving yourself an excellent abs strength workout to tighten those stomach muscles – think of all that heavy breathing!

5. Yoga and Palates

Number of Calories You Could Burn: hard to tell actually but this works great!
